Posti creates new customer value by covering and optimizing the e-commerce logistics value chain from transport to warehousing and sorting to delivery. Over the past decade, digitalization has changed society and people's behavior in a way that is also reflected in our operations.

In just over 10 years, the volume of letters has decreased by 70% – and the remaining 30% is projected to halve over the next five years. At the same time, the parcel and online retail business has grown to such extent that it has redefined our focus: our business now revolves around parcels and streams of goods.
