The customer is at the heart of sales and customer service

Sales work is at the core of Posti’s business. We draw up agreements individually for our B2B customers, which ensures that the end customers receive the products and services they need in the way they want. We are able to meet our customers’ needs in a tailor-made way because we offer mail, logistics, freight and e-commerce services under one roof. Our customer service professionals hold a key position in helping Posti’s consumer and business customers with their varying needs. Our goal is to deliver excellent customer experiences by identifying the customers' needs and providing them with the best solutions. A job in customer service is perfect for you if you enjoy varying working days and are enthusiastic and brave enough to encounter different people and personalities throughout the day.

In customer service, you use a wide range of skills

Our customer advisors serve Posti’s customers via multiple channels, including by phone, via email and via chat. Many different systems are used in the work, which is why knowledge of different IT systems, electronic service channels and applications is beneficial, as is the ability to learn quickly. Customer advisors search for information through different information search channels and apply the information they find. Language skills are definitely an advantage in this work, as we serve our customers in Finnish, Swedish and English!

In sales, you cooperate extensively

As a salesperson, your most used tools are CRM, Power BI reporting, product portfolios, proposal templates and the pricing calculator. The work is carried out independently. However, the sales playbook – which guides all of Posti’s sales in uniform operations in Finland, the Baltic countries and Sweden – will help you in your work. You will work across business organizations, in close cooperation with sales support, the service center and customer service.
