Posti employees in Finland have a personnel fund. Posti has decided to pay an additional bonus instalment of EUR 1.5 million to the personnel fund. Posti’s year in Finland has been full of big changes and Posti wants now to give recognition to its employees for their contribution.

Satu Ollikainen, Chief Shop Steward and Vice-chair of the personnel fund, is delighted with the news: “It is great that the entire personnel are covered by some form of remuneration this year. The personnel fund is accessible to every Posti employee”.
The additional bonus instalment will be allocated to those employees working in Finland who are not covered by the incentive plans. These groups include, for example, customer service employees, logistics employees, postal employees, early-morning deliverers, drivers, and terminal employees. The bonus will be paid to the fund at the end of 2024.
