The busiest time of the year

This Christmas, we're once again spreading holiday spirit by delivering millions of parcels and Christmas greetings across the country. We are happy to offer jobs to a large number of Christmas workers in delivery, sorting, customer service etc. around Finland during the Christmas season.

What is the work like in practice?

As a Christmas maker, you will gain work experience in interesting tasks, whether you are an experienced professional or looking for your first work experience. Seasonal work is ideal for students, for example. The tasks during the Christmas period include the basic delivery of postcards and the sorting of cards and parcels. This season’s tasks also include card coding, which is used to clarify difficult-to-read address information to ensure that all Christmas greetings are sent to the right recipients.

Seasonal work starts in autumn

At Posti, we start spreading Christmas cheer in October-November, and the busiest time is on December evenings. We offer you the opportunity to work in morning and evening shifts and, at some locations, also on weekends. The bonuses paid for weekend and evening shifts are nicely reflected in the salary.
